It seemed that most blog which said Halbrand is Sauron is definitely correct. So that the stranger who lived among Harfoot is Gandalf then?
What else could happens in The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power Season two that will likely be released in year 2024. What a long wait!

The production of season 2 will begin on October 2022 and shoot across United Kingdom.
In season one we could see that three rings forged by Celebrimbor and Elrond under supervised of Galadriel has been made. That's the end of season one.
The Rings Finally Made
Elrond who got the mithril from Durin in the deep secret Dwarf mine cannot convince the Dwarf king Durin III to give him large amount of mithril. Later, Elrond want to create the metal to be a crown, but Celebrimbor, who persuade by Halbrand, want to make it two.
Galadriel make suggested that two will be unbalanced. There have to be one more as a balancing. Then the three decided one mithril should be created into rings, not crowns.
The rings finally made mixture from gold and silver from Galadriel's sword originated from Valinor.
Sauron and Gandalf
It was relief that the stranger who lived with Harfoot known as Istari, the white wizard. We know who else than Gandalf the White. I thought the stranger is Sauron and Halbrand really is the South King. What a ridiculous thought, ha ha!
Although I know from some reviews that Halbrand is probably Sauron, due to his mysterious show in the middle of the sea, I objected it because he is too good to be Dark Lord, with Galadriel beside him.
Harfoot
I assumed Nori will be like Frodo who carry big mission alongside Gandalf. Gandalf will reconcile unity between human, Elf, and Dwarf.
Harfoot is smaller than Hobbit with more hairy foot. Because Rings of Power setting 1000 years before The Lord of the Rings, it is make sense that Harfoot is the ancient of Hobbit, as written by J.R.R. Tolkien in his various books.
Will Sauron came to Mordor in season 2? I guess so. Mordor is suitable for Orc to live with full of fire and dust without bright sunshine.
We cannot predicted what will happened in season 2 because this series schedule to aired for 5 seasons. Any changes could made by the producer and director as season 2 approximately aired in 2024.
